A U.S. patent for MMV technology has recently been issued and applications for international patent protection are currently in process. At this time, our goal is to seek investment, development partners, and possible I.P. licensing or assignment agreements for exclusive development and deployment of MMV.

MMV's primary market consists of existing SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) providers seeking a leading-edge scalability solution that can broaden customer usage of their services. Such providers also benefit by being able to offer customers a branded, well-organized application environment to deliver those services as opposed to providing loosely integrated collections of webpage-based apps.

In our view, the eventual evolutionary step for SaaS providers is a transition to what we term "OSaS" (Operating System-as-Service) providers. Obvious candidates for this transition include Google, Yahoo, etc. These companies are driven by the need capture user-generated data to provide valuable "relevancy" for their advertising efforts. MMV's value in this regard is in the expanded collection opportunities afforded by its broader, more persistent environment.

A second market for MMV includes wireless providers and manufacturers. Just as SaaS providers can use MMV to scale products downward through the chain of target devices, wireless providers can scale their services upward to desktops and net-enabled television systems. MMV's advertising provides them with a significant new revenue stream.
